What is the difference between a licence and monitoring services?
The licence provides access to the solution. Deployment, onboarding and management are support services scoped in your offer.
How much are the licences?
The recommended price is CHF 100.- excluding VAT per device per year, or CHF 10.- excluding VAT per device per month. Deployment and follow-up are quoted according to your needs.
How do we check device compatibility?
Tell us about your devices and environment. We check compatibility before proposing a deployment.
Is human monitoring included?
No. Automated detection and platform features do not constitute human monitoring of your devices. We can define a separate follow-up service.
Is incident response free?
Opening a case with ELCA Security is free. The subsequent incident response work is billed by the minute under the service terms.
