1. Data controller

Insights Security Sàrl, Route de Denges 36, 1027 Lonay, Switzerland, is responsible for processing data submitted through this website. We process data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. Information you provide

The form collects your name, email address and enquiry. You may also provide your company, phone number and the service you are interested in. The language of your enquiry is sent with it.

3. Cyber Check

Cyber Check answers are calculated in your browser and temporarily kept in this tab’s session storage so you can resume the questionnaire. Saved answers are no longer resumed after 24 hours, and you can clear them by starting again. If you request a discussion and choose to share your report, your answers, score and contact details are sent to our team through Odoo to prepare that discussion. Reports are downloaded locally. Journey analytics events contain neither answers nor scores.

4. How we use your data

We use this information to respond, prepare a proposal and manage the business relationship. Enquiries are sent to our Odoo customer relationship management system.

Website hosting and communication delivery may also involve our technical providers, including Infomaniak.

5. Audience measurement

When configured and with your permission, audience measurement uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager. The website does not load this container before you accept. Planned events describe page visits and successfully submitted enquiries; they do not contain form field values.

Google may process technical browsing data according to the service settings. You can decline analytics or withdraw permission through “Cookie settings”.

6. Purposes and grounds

Processing is used to respond to enquiries, establish and maintain business relationships and improve the website. Our policy relies on consent for optional uses, including analytics, and on the requirements of enquiry handling and security.

7. Retention

Under our website policy, contact data is retained for a maximum of two years after the last exchange. Analytics data retention depends on the settings of the service used. Your consent preference is stored in this browser for six months.

8. Security

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

9. Your rights

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing or request restrictions, subject to the applicable framework. To exercise your rights, email privacy@insights-security.ch.

This policy is governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Lausanne, Switzerland.
