Yes. Your provider keeps running your IT. We agree security responsibilities together. With Pro and Elite, we triage alerts, coordinate actions with your IT team and follow up on fixes.
What is a protected user?
One colleague with one protected, compatible primary computer, web protection, a password manager and cybersecurity awareness training. Extra computers, servers and special requirements are priced in your proposal.
Can we cover only a few computers?
Starter Pack covers the full eligible business scope agreed with you. Incompatible and out-of-scope devices are documented to avoid gaps in protection across business devices and access.
Is human monitoring available 24/7?
No. Tools provide technical detection; Pro and Elite include human analysis within the hours and commitments defined in the contract. Specialist incident response can be arranged with your approval and billed separately.
Does the displayed price include setup and fixes?
The displayed price is the monthly subscription excluding VAT. Setup is quoted separately once the scope is agreed. Remediation work, consultant-led training and incident response are not included. Terms and commitment duration are specified in your proposal.
What if our existing licences already cover some needs?
We review your current protection before proposing deployment. The aim is consistent protection and clear responsibilities. Any scope adjustments are detailed in the quote.
